1. About Naaz Wears

Naaz Wears Pvt. Ltd. ("Naaz Wears", "we", "us") operates naazwears.pk and related services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We sell premium Pakistani women's fashion including nightwear, suit sets, and seasonal collections. Product descriptions, fabric details, and care instructions are provided in good faith based on atelier specifications.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices include product cost; shipping is calculated at checkout based on your city.

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation (SMS, WhatsApp, or email). We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud with a full refund if payment was collected.

Promotional codes, bundle offers, and sale prices cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We may limit quantities per customer during high-demand drops.

3. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide on eligible orders. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Digital payment options (Easypaisa, card) may be offered at checkout. Failed or reversed payments void the order until successfully completed.

For COD orders, please keep exact change ready where possible. Refused deliveries may affect future COD eligibility on your account.

4. Product accuracy

We photograph pieces in natural and studio light. Minor colour variation between screen and fabric is normal especially for lawn, khaddar, and satin weaves.

Size charts follow Pakistani standard measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit unless the product page states otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

Naaz Wears logos, product photography, copy, and designs are protected. You may not reproduce, scrape, or resell our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, courier delays beyond our control, or misuse of products contrary to care instructions.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be addressed via customer support at care@naazwears.pk.
